Booking Policy
-We politely request that all clients inform us if they are no longer able to attend an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is appreciated, failure to let us know within this time frame results in a 50% appointment charge
-A deposit will be asked at the time of booking, your appointment will not be booked until this deposit is made
-Please arrive to your appointment on time, arrival over 15 minutes into the appointment results in loosing your allocated time slot. Any deposit taken is non refundable.
-No Shows will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and a full appointment charge upon future bookings.
-Loyalty cards are to be redeemed within 3 months
-Gift cards are to be redeemed within 6 months of purchase date.

Bridal Booking Policy
-Pricing listed is current as of January 2021 and is subject to change
-Location costs are calculated upon enquiry
-Booking A trial does not secure your wedding day
-Your wedding date is booked and secured once the full deposit has been paid.
-All deposits are non- refundable
-Bridal Party cancellations are subject to pay 50% of the total amount if cancelled within 30 days of booking. 100% after 30 days.
-Public holidays and Sunday's will incur a surcharge
-Bridal party numbers once booked are final, these can be added to, but will still be charged the total amount if there is a lesser amount
-Accommodation fee's may apply if the location is over 90minutes travel & start time is before 7am.
